The WSET Level 3 Award in Spirits is an advanced-level qualification for professionals and enthusiasts wishing to acquire a detailed understanding of the spirits of the world and develop the tasting skills required to accurately describe and evaluate a spirit.
You’ll acquire a deep theoretical understanding of the techniques used in spirit production, from the processing of raw materials to post-distillation operations.
Through a combination of tasting and the application of theoretical knowledge you will learn to explain confidently why spirits look and taste the way they do and how and why they differ from each other.

It is recommended that you hold the WSET Level 2 Award in Spirits or can demonstrate the equivalent level of knowledge (for non-holders of WSET Spirits Level 2 qualification, online entry test applies).
You must be at least 18 years old to enrol on any of our courses.

This is a highly rewarding yet demanding course, which requires a minimum of 60 hours of private study time. We recommend that you book the course in advance so that you can receive your study materials and complete a significant proportion of our private study hours prior to the course start.
All classes are delivered in English.
The assessment involves exam of multiple-choice questions and the writing of short-form answers, all in in English. Therefore, a strong grasp of written and spoken English is beneficial.
The 2½-hour closed-book examination is made up of:
Unit 1: a two-part theory examination
Unit 2: a tasting examination of two spirit samples tasted blind
You will need to pass both parts of the theory examination (Unit 1), and the tasting examination (Unit 2), to achieve the qualification.
On successful completion of the examination you will receive a WSET certificate and lapel pin, and will be able to use the associated certified logo.
Resit examination fees: unit 1 (theory) – 900 PLN, unit 2 (tasting) – 400 PLN.
All Zoom sessions will be recorded.
All classroom sessions to be held at Novotel Warszawa Airport (Warszawa, ul. 1 Sierpnia 1).
The price includes:
Installment payment possible – down payment – 2800 PLN, then 3 monthly payments of 1000 PLN.
