Better Bar Show – To Inspire And Develop Polish Bar Scene.

The Better Bar Show is not named because it is “better” than other bar shows. It is a manifesto saying that the show aims to make the Polish bar scene better by improving everything, from actual bar build, back bar, business, concept and theory, and of course improvement for bartenders themselves – both physically and mentally.

[PL]: Better Bar Show to coroczna konferencja branżowa poświęcona sektorowi barowemu i gastronomicznemu, połączona z częścią wystawienniczą, skupiona na edukacji, innowacji i rozwoju polskiej sceny barowej. Wydarzenie łączy w sobie konferencję edukacyjną, część wystawienniczą, sesje degustacyjne, wydarzenia koktajlowe oraz przestrzeń do networkingu.

Konferencja przeznaczona jest dla osób związanych z branżą gastronomiczną, w szczególności barową: barbacków, barmanów, managerów, właścicieli lokali, producentów oraz dystrybutorów. Wydarzenie przeznaczone jest wyłącznie dla osób pełnoletnich (18+).

[EN]: Better Bar Show is an annual bar and beverage industry conference combined with a trade show, focused on education, innovation, and the development of the Polish bar scene. It brings together an educational conference, trade fair, tasting sessions, cocktail events, and networking opportunities in one cohesive experience.

The conference is intended for professionals connected with the gastronomy sector, in particular the bar industry: barbacks, bartenders, managers, venue owners, producers and distributors. The event is strictly intended for adults only (18+).

• Main Stage – [PL]: „Main Stage” stanowi centralny punkt edukacyjny Better Bar Show, gdzie odbywają się prelekcje międzynarodowych ekspertów. Jej program został zaprojektowany tak, aby odpowiadać na aktualne trendy oraz wyzwania zarówno polskiej, jak i globalnej branży barowej. / [EN]: The Main Stage is the educational core of Better Bar Show, featuring lectures from leading international experts. The program has been designed to reflect current trends and challenges in both the Polish and global bar industries.
• Concept Stage – [PL]: „Concept Stage” to przestrzeń otwartych sesji prezentujących innowacyjne pomysły, koncepcje oraz nowe spojrzenie na branżę barową. / [EN]: Concept Stage features open-format sessions presenting innovative ideas, concepts, and fresh perspectives from the bar industry.
• Tasting Rooms – [PL]: „Tasing Rooms” to przestrzenie dedykowane degustacjom produktów, umożliwiające uczestnikom poznanie wybranych marek i kategorii w kameralnej formule. / [EN]: Tasting Room sessions are dedicated to curated product tastings, allowing participants to explore selected brands and categories in a focused setting.
• Young Guns Stage – [PL]: „Young Guns Stage” to przestrzeń dla nowych głosów branży – młodych profesjonalistów i świeżych idei, wyłanianych w procesie otwartej rekrutacji. / [EN]: Young Guns Stage is designed to highlight emerging voices and new ideas within the industry, selected through an open application process.

[PL]: Strefa Wystawiennicza przeznaczona jest dla marek, dystrybutorów i producentów napojów alkoholowych i bezalkoholowych oraz sprzętu barowego.

[EN]: The exhibition area is dedicated to brands, distributors, and producers of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as bar equipment.

[PL]: Po części konferencyjno-targowej Better Bar Show przenosi się „do miasta” poprzez guest shifty i wydarzenia koktajlowe organizowane we współpracy z lokalami i brandami partnerskimi.

[EN]: After the daytime program, Better Bar Show continues across the city through guest shifts and cocktail events organized in collaboration with local venues and partner brands.

• Better Bar Show 2026 odbędzie się w Krakowie, na terenie Fortów Kleparz (ul. Kamienna 2-4), w wyjątkowej przestrzeni XIX-wiecznej fortecy zaadaptowanej na potrzeby wydarzeń branżowych.

• Daty: 3-5 sierpnia 2026 (poniedziałek, 3.08 – montaż i dzień rozgrzewkowy, wtorek, 4.08 i środa 5.08 – konferencja i część targowa)

• Godziny otwarcia części konferencyjnej: 9:30 – 18:00

• Better Bar Show 2026 takes place in Kraków, at Forty Kleparz (Kamienna 2-4), a unique 19th-century fortress adapted for professional events.

• Dates: August 3-5, 2026 (Monday 3.08 – installation & warm-up, Tuesday 4.08 & Wednesday 5.08 – conference and trade show)

• Conference & trade show opening hours: 9:30 – 18:00
